The fee, which covers:
Confirmation of appointment letter
Inga's travelling time and costs
A home consultation of approximately two hours
Any handouts supplied at the consultation
Written Consultation Report to your referring veterinary surgeon
A copy of the Consultation Report supplied to you
Detailed and individual Behaviour Modification Plan for your pet
Letterhead receipt for insurance claims
Completion of insurance claim form, when required
Further advice at the follow up telephone consultation
Letter confirming further advice after the telephone consultation
A copy of the follow up advice supplied to your veterinary surgeon
is: £175 within East Sussex, West Sussex, southern Surrey and southern Kent 
and £250 within northern Kent, northern Surrey and eastern Hampshire.
For consultations in other areas, e.g. greater and central London and counties not listed above, please telephone for prices.
Travelling costs for consultations are included, however, London Congestion charges and London parking fees may be added to the fee.
A £25 non refundable deposit is required for the appointment to be confirmed. The balance of the fee is payable (cheque or cash) at the time of the behaviour consultation.

Please note that the full fee may be charged if less than
48 hours cancellation notice is given.
Clients who have their pet insured may wish to check their policy as most pet insurance companies will pay for behaviour consultations with Inga, due to her qualifications. A receipt will be sent with the written Behaviour Modification Plan to those clients wishing to make an insurance claim. Most claim forms need to be authorised by the referring veterinary surgeon.
